The Company grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application solely for internal business purposes related to financial reporting, project management, and operational reconciliation.
The Application may not be sublicensed, distributed, sold, or made available to any third party.

2. Intended Use
The Application is designed to:
Sync and analyze data from QuickBooks Online and Toggl Track
Provide project-level financial reporting
Assist with internal reconciliation of billed and unbilled time
Support management decision-making
The Application is not intended to replace official accounting records within QuickBooks Online.
The Application may not be sublicensed, distributed, sold, or made available to any third party.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
While the Application is designed to provide accurate reporting, financial records maintained in QuickBooks Online remain the official source of record.
The Company makes no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of reconciled data, and users agree to verify material financial decisions against official accounting systems.

4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Use the Application solely for authorized business purposes
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the Application
Promptly report discrepancies or system issues

5. No Warranty
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Kolano Design disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kolano Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from use of the Application.

7. Termination
Access to the Application may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of the Company.
Upon termination of employment or contractor relationship, access will be immediately discontinued.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
