Internal Reconciliation Application – Privacy Policy

1. Information Collected

The Application may access and process:

From QuickBooks Online:

  • Project data

  • Time activity records

  • Invoices

  • Estimates

  • Expenses

  • Customer data

  • Financial summaries

From Toggl Track:

  • Time entries

  • Project names

  • Tags

  • Billable indicators

  • Duration data

Authentication Data:

  • OAuth access tokens

  • OAuth refresh tokens

  • User identifiers necessary for API integration

The Application does not collect personal consumer data unrelated to Company operations.


2. Purpose of Data Use

Data is used exclusively for:

  • Internal financial reconciliation

  • Project profitability reporting

  • Management oversight

  • Operational efficiency analysis

Data is not sold, rented, shared, or distributed to third parties.


3. Data Storage and Security

  • OAuth tokens are stored securely.

  • Access is restricted to authorized Company personnel.

  • Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are implemented to protect data.

  • The Application is used solely within Company-controlled environments.


4. Data Retention

Financial and reporting data is retained only as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes.

OAuth tokens may be revoked at any time within their respective platforms.


5. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with:

  • QuickBooks Online (Intuit)

  • Toggl Track

Use of those services remains subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service.


6. Internal Use Only

The Application is not available to the public and is not marketed as a commercial software product.

All data processed through the Application relates solely to Company operations.


7. Changes to This Policy

The Company may update this Privacy Policy as necessary to reflect operational or legal changes.
